Missouri Rate Standards; In accordance with RSMo § 486.685, the following maximum fees apply to traditional notarial acts:- Acknowledgments: $5.00 per signature- Jurats / Oaths / Affirmations: $5.00 per signature- Signature Witnessing: $5.00 per signature- Certified Copies: $1.00 per page ($3.00 minimum) Absentee Ballots: $0.00 (Free by law)                                 Mobile Service & Travel: Travel fees are calculated based on distance and are separate from the per-signature notary fees. All costs, including any necessary printing or administrative fees, will be clearly outlined in your email quote and agreed upon before we finalize your appointment time. Preparing for Your Visit: To keep our process efficient, please ensure: 1. Valid Identification: Have a current government-issued photo ID ready. 2. Unsigned Documents: Wait to sign all papers until you are in the presence of the notary. 3. All Parties Must Be Present: Anyone required to sign must be physically present with valid, unexpired ID that matches the names on the documents to be signed.                                      4.
