Patient Coherence
Patients must be coherent and fully willing to sign. To ensure a smooth process, families should speak with the patient beforehand to explain the notary visit and the specific purpose of the document.
Most care centers prohibit employees from witnessing signatures to avoid conflicts. Should your forms require witnesses, we can supply them for a supplemental cost
if you request and schedule this service at least two business days prior to the scheduled appointment.

By law, notaries cannot provide legal advice or draft legal documents. To ensure a successful signing, all paperwork must be fully prepared, correctly formatted, and ready for signatures before the notary arrives for the appointment at the facility.
