Pricing & Fee Schedule

Our pricing follows the legally allowed maximums set by the State of Missouri for Notary Services. Please review the breakdown below for standard fees and additional mobile service costs*

Notary Fees Regulated by the State of Missouri
  • Standard Notarization: $5.00 per signature/act
  • Acknowledgments and Jurats: Per state-mandated maximums
  • Signature Witnessing: $5.00 per signature
  • Certified copies at $1 per page $3 minimum.
Mobile Travel & Additional Fees
  • Standard Travel Fee: Calculated based on distance to and from the signing appointment location 
  • Appointment/time fee or signing-agent service fee covers time at the appointment, loan package handling, instructions, waiting time, document checking and preparation etc.  The  mobile appointment fee includes up to 30 minutes at the signing location. Waiting time or appointment time beyond 30 minutes may be billed at $15 per 15 minute increment.
  • After-Hours/Weekend Premium: Additional convenience fee applies for late-night or weekend requests
  • Printing & Scanning: Fees apply for document preparation and digital return
  • Early Arrival Request: Available upon professional arrangement

To lock in your appointment time and receive a finalized quote, we recommend a phone call to confirm the complexity and duration of your meeting request. Every signer is required to present a current, valid U.S. photo ID at the time of the appointment.

  • Notify us of the exact signing location.
  • Specify the type of notary services needed.
  • Confirm the number of pages requiring signatures and notarizations.
  • Provide the total number of signers attending the appointment.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and ready for signing (unsigned).

Identification & Document Review

Valid ID

Every signer is required to present a current, valid government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment to verify identity before notarization can proceed.

Document Completion

Notaries are not attorneys and are prohibited from providing legal advice. Please ensure all documents are complete and you understand their contents before we arrive.

The Review

The notary will conduct a document inspection to ensure no missing pages or unauthorized alterations, utilizing expertise to provide a seamless and professional service experience.

Common Questions

Are personal signatures notarized?

Yes, we notarize personal documents including power of attorney, living wills, and trusts. Every signer must be present with valid identification.

Can you notarize documents from other states?

As Missouri notaries, we can notarize documents intended for use in other states as long as the notarization takes place within Missouri borders.

What qualifies as a valid photo ID?

Acceptable IDs include a current US Driver's License, US Passport, or State-issued ID card. The ID must be original and unexpired. 

How do I schedule a weekend appointment?

Weekend and late-night appointments are available upon request. Please call us in advance to ensure availability for your preferred time slot.
